She transitioned into the technology sector as the Gene
Almıla Albayraktaroglu is a graduate of ODTÜ (Middle East Technical University) with a degree in Food Engineering. She began her career in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, working at Procter & Gamble for 10 years in sales and business development managerial positions. She transitioned into the technology sector as the General Retail Director at Nokia.
Since 2013, Almıla has held roles in Retail Sales Management and Category Leadership at Microsoft Turkey, Amazon Europe (Luxembourg), and Amazon Turkey. Notably, she was part of the founding team of Amazon Turkey, playing an active role in the country’s launch in 2018 and developing expertise in e-commerce management during this time.
Almıla possesses in-depth knowledge in offline and online sales management, e-commerce, and category management. Additionally, she contributes to the sector as a board member and consultant for start-ups in Turkey that focus on e-export services.customized solutions that meet their unique needs.
